Jungle Run
Ein Gedicht von
Daisy Picoems
I'm out here in the jungle
looking for some space
to find myself a secret place
I hear shouting and a rumble
I've killed a cat, I've killed a rat
but they're not after me for that
I've also killed a woman
her name was Trudy Trueman
I admit I wanted her dead
and I cut off her head
to bake a pie
they'll sentence me to die
I've never been to the jungle
I'm afraid to look back
suddenly I take a stumble
and everything turns black
I'm softly woke by birds
my head bleeds and it hurts
I'm near my house in the woods
I totally forgot that I took drugs
